Base-wide Janitorial/Custodial Services
This is a Sources Sought for a requirement to perform base-wide Janitorial/Custodial Services for McAlester Army Ammunition Plant (MCAAP) in McAlester, Oklahoma for approximately 89 buildings covering approximately 364,965 Square Feet. The anticipated period of performance is April 2015 - March 2016 with four (4) option years and the contractor would be required to perform work at the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant in McAlester, Oklahoma.
No draft RFQ exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the RFQ. Responses to this Sources Sought are not submissions on which ACC-RI can issue orders.
ACC-RI is issuing this notice to determine if an adequate number of qualified interested AbilityOne contractors are capable of producing/performing Janitorial/Custodial Services for MCAAP in McAlester, Oklahoma for approximately 100 buildings. The Government will use the responses received for information/planning purposes and to identify potential sources as part of market research.

Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice. ACC-RI will not pay for information received in response to this notice. Responses to the notice will not be returned.
