RFP Section B, CLINs XO15 - Equipment Maintenance - Total estimated cost of labor and parts for repairs to and/or replacement of Government Furnished Property (GFP)

Question 1: Will the Government provide an estimated price for CLIN X015 based on historical costs or does the Government want the Bidder to provide a price? (It makes more sense for the Government to provide a price that all bidders will use.)
Question 2: Will the amount entered in CLIN XO15 be included in the Bidder's evaluated price:
Question 3: Is the amount entered for CLIN XOl 5 the maximum the Bidder can expect to be reimbursed under this CLIN?
Question 4: If the answer to question 2 is "Yes" and the answer to question 3 is "No", how is the Government going to do a fair evaluation if one Bidder provides a substantially lower price than another Bidder?
RESPONSE:
This CLIN does not need to be proposed on. This is a CLIN for just in case it is needed and is To Be Negotiated (TBD).
