The Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG), Office of Contracts, Washington, DC, on behalf of the Voice of America's (VOA) Learning English Branch, has a requirement for independent contractors with a unique combination of writing, teaching, and digital production skills to provide support to the branch. The branch teaches American English to foreign audiences through its content on radio, television, the Internet, and mobile distribution.
