Barge Repairs and Preservation Work at Contractor's Facility
The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility has a requirement to accomplish the following work for their Barge at the Contractor's Facility: Control hazardous waste produced; Replace & preserve weather decks, Accomplish ShipAlt WI-BM-38, rake tank modifications; Accomplish CHT System Upgrades; Accomplish Supply & Exhaust Ventilation Duct Cleaning; Accomplish piping system modifications; Replace refrigerator & freezer condensing & evaporator unit assemblies; replace mooring lines; Accomplish transfer of boat custody; Accomplish accommodation ladder installation; Clean & preserve exterior hull; Resurface & repair interior PRC Decking; Provide temporary electrical services; Logistics Services; Accomplish drydocking and undocking.
The period of performance will commence upon contract award (estimated 21 Sept 2014), and must be completed by 6 Feb 2015. The barge will be available 9/22/14 - 2/6/15.
This procurement is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classifications System Code and the small business standard for this procurement are 336611 and 1,000 employees respectively.
