Bar Coding/Inventory Equipment for Seized and Property Center (SFPC)
Customs and Border Protection has a requirement for Bar Code/Inventory Scanner Equipment in accordance with the Office of Administration, Seized and Forfeited Property Center (SFPC), Operations and Oversight Branch attached Statement of Work (SOW). Please see the SOW for the specific requirements of this Synopsis/Solicitation.
This Synopsis/Solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Contractor's that choose to submit a response to this solicitation must submit enough detail in their proposal supporting documentation (Product brochures, spec sheets, etc...) such that the technical review of the contractor's quotation can be completed. The basis for an award for this requirement is an award is anticipated to be made to the contractor whose proposal submission is the Low Price-Technically Acceptable Offer.
Contractor's proposal should also include the required Period of Performance to fulfill the government's requirements. Contractors should submit enough detail with their quote in order for the government to make a determination as to the adequacy of contractor proposal submission meeting the requirements of this solicitation.

Award will be made on the basis of lowest-priced and technically acceptable.
Awardee MUST register in Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov) and receive payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) as a condition of the contract. Registration in CCR requires a valid Dun & Bradstreet number.
Please complete and SIGN the price quote form attached, and return with this form. YOU MUST ALSO COMPLETE AND SIGN Blocks 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 on page one of the SF 1442. Proposals that are incomplete, unsigned, or late will not be considered.
