Banner System
Non-mandatory pre-bid meeting 05/13/2010.
The Division requires the installation of a Sign Comp Extrusions and
Systems wall mounted, retro frame extrusion, flexible tensioning banner mounting system consisting of
Part #2090 tension frame extrusions, Part #5360 tension clips and Part #5210 corner keys with radius
cover (or approved equal wall mounted system) for the faade of the Complex. This installation will consist of five (5) individual banner-mounting
systems/frames that will be used to promote theatre activities and must have the ability to handle five (5)
vinyl banners that are 40 high and 26 wide, with ongoing capabilities to rotate and replace individual
banners as needed. The mounting system must secure the banners to the wall and must meet the
appropriate wind loading specifications for outdoor installation in the City. The selected contractor
will be responsible for a turnkey installation, including all required equipment, tools, labor and permits.
The contractor will also be responsible for the removal and proper disposal/recycling of the existing Tri-
Vision system from the building faade and disconnecting and proper tie-off of all existing electrical
connections to the Tri-Vision system.
