Bankruptcy Storage, Carpet and Tile Replacement Project
SYNOPSIS:
The project is located in the Rudman Federal Courthouse in Concord, NH. Work includes removal of carpet and the installation of granite tile and broad loom tile flooring. Removal and installation of a suspended ceiling including grid and ceiling tile. Patching and painting of masonry and drywall partitions. Removal of approximately 40 SF of asbestos floor tile and mastic.
The Solicitation Package will be posted on or about May 12, 2017.
Estimated Cost is between $25,000 and $100,000.
