Banking Services for the City
The City is requesting proposals from qualified financial institutions. The successful proposer shall be a full service banking institution that can achieve the objectives of the City: a) to obtain the best banking services; b) to minimize the cost of banking services to the taxpayers of the City; c) to preserve capital, protect investment principal, and maximize the return on liquid assets while avoiding unreasonable risk.
