Banking Services
The Board of County Commissioners of Frederick County and component unit, Frederick County Public Schools, hereinafter referred to as the County, are soliciting proposals from qualified banking institutions for banking and related services as specified in this Request for Proposal (RFP). Specific banking services under this RFP include, but are not limited to:
Depository services
Disbursement services (checks, ACH, wire transfer)
Payroll services (checks and direct deposit)
Pension disbursements (checks and direct deposit)
Merchant card services
Lockbox services
Automated Teller Machines (ATMs)
Safekeeping/Trustee services through tri-party agreements
