Banking Relationship for a "One Card" Program
The University is inviting proposals from qualified Bank/Credit Union to provide selected financial services for students, faculty, and staff. The intent of this proposal is to secure a vendor who can present a plan and be willing to perform the following:
1. Financial processing for the University Card program whereby the University Card serves as the card link to a demand deposit account.
2. Maintain a campus Banking Center, to be located in or near the Student Center. It is highly desirable to establish a drive through ATM facility on campus which would allow students, faculty and staff the following capabilities:
a. Deposits / Withdrawals
b. Instant account Information access
c. Loan payments
d. Loan-by-phone
e. 24/7 ATM Transactions
