Bank Renovation
The Renovation scope will cover approximately 1,000 SF of existing space located on the first level of the Professional Office Building (POB I and POB II) to serve as space. Renovation will require demo including, but not limited to, all architectural, all structural, all mechanical HVAC, all electrical and all plumbing demo as required to complete the scope of project specified in the Contract Documents. Any and all demo work required is responsibility of Contractor.
