The Scope of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for providing Electronic Value Transfer services to include financial processing services, including equipment (hardware & software) to enable State Agencies, political subdivisions and others authorized by law to accept the four nationally recognized credit cards (Visa MasterCard, American Express & Discover) as well as debit cards.
