Band Sim Control Van Upgrade

The new Control Van shall consist of an environmentally controlled shelter to accommodate three operators compatible to use on Government Electronic Warfare Training Ranges.  The Control Van will be transportable on a flatbed trailer.  The shelter should be a currently stock-listed item in Government inventory that may require modification.  The trailer may also be an item already in Government inventory.  The stations for the control van operators are envisioned to be replaced by three, ruggedized, laptop computers.
