Ballot on Demand Printing
The County's volume of mail ballots has increased significantly over the past several election cycles and this trend is porjected to continue. Currently, the County pre-orders ballots in advance of an election for ballots compared to actual usage, and also presents storage, security and accuracy concerns. In order to minimize financial and technical risks, the county is seeking a single vendor to provide a complete, integrated solution that automates the ballot production, printing, duplication, electronic distribution, tracking and reporting for all facets of the County's absentee ballot needs using on demand technology. Solutions which address only portions of these needs will not be considered.
