Ballot Printing
The contractor will provide printing and finishing services for ballots to include, but not limited to,
absentee, polling place provisional and sample ballots those described herein. In addition, contractor
may provide miscellaneous election related printing to include inserts, flip charts, flyers, etc. as needed.
Contractor will be requested to supply a quote for miscellaneous printing. The County reserves the right
to seek other bids.
Ballot sizes and quantities vary with each election cycle. Ballots may contain one stub at the top of the
document, which are perforated and numbered. Absentee ballots must be scored and folded for mailing.
Depending on the type of election and applicable statutes, the printing of sample ballots may be
required.
