This project includes the completion of a tournament ballfield complex and may include but is not limited to roadways, parking, underground storm drainage and utilities, pedestrian walks, sign lighting, completion of 4-6 ballfields with backstops and other amenities, dugouts, a two-story pressbox/restroom building, free-standing and retaining walls, ornamental and chain link fencing and gates, columns, signage, landscaping and irrigation.
