Ball Deck Roller System
The DLA Troop Support Pacific intends to solicit for an overall Size 23'-0" x 35'-7" Ball Deck System, Channel Frame 4" top of ball (advise if 5" inches is needed for thicker forklift blades), 1/4" Plate Deck with Ball Transfer Holes on approximately 6" centers not staggered.. This requirement is not set aside. The resultant award will be for a firm fixed price contract with delivery to Okinawa, Japan. The exact delivery address will be listed in the solicitation.
The ball deck system will be acquired in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.5-Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The forthcoming solicitation will be posted at the following website: https://www.fbo.gov/. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site. By submitting an offer, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award. Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation via the Internet at http://www.sam.gov.
