For this project, the Consultant will assist staff in modeling greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from the
onroad mobile source sector in the Baltimore region. The consultant will provide technical advice and will
create written modeling guidance. Some of the objectives of this modeling will be to identify emission trends for this sector and to project emissions into the future.
