Bald Eagle Nestwatch Services
Collection of data shall consist of breeding activities, food habits, habitat use, location and human activities near bald eagle BAs. Data forms will be provided for each category. Each nestwatcher will be required to keep a detailed field notebook for additional information on bald eagle behavior, courtship, territorial defense, sibling rivalry, etc. A summary report is required at the end of the field season. The required report format will be described in a hand-out ("The Guide to Nest Watch Report Writing") distributed at orientation.
