1. Age of Products: In order to provide control over the age of all bakery products, the
successful bidder must furnish a true, accurate, current explanation of his "Bake Day
Codes."
Bread, dinner rolls, buns, etc., must be fresh, delivered within 24 hours of baking
time, with a 36-hour old maximum. The delivery date must be the same as the code
date.
2. Delivery and Ordering: Vendors must be prepared to make daily deliveries as
requested by Food Service.
