Bakersfield City Schools: (RFQ) Construction Management Firm. The Project is described as follows: New elementary school (Grades K-5 for 750 students on 17 acres) - Estimated cost: $17.5M New middle school (Grades 6-8 for 1,200 students on 28 acres) - Estimated cost: $25M Other projects as determined by the Bakersfield City School District. Both schools are anticipated to be constructed simultaneously on contiguous sites in the northeast area of Bakersfield.
