Bailey Hall Renovations
Morrisville State College is accepting consultant qualifications for a project to renovate Bailey Hall and Bailey Annex. Services will include plans & specifications for renovation activities and limited construction supervision. The project is budgeted at $7.0 million and will include interior modifications, HVAC upgrades, MEP renovations and a new elevator. Request for Qualifications will be sent electronically.
