Backup Data Storage Service - Wake and Granville Counties
The Department of Agriculture's Rollins Animal Disease Laboratory is located at 2101 Blue
Ridge Road, Raleigh, North Carolina. The site is established with existing structures, lawns,
plantings, beds and trees which require on-going maintenance. It is the intent of this solicitation to
establish a contract for on-going maintenance including mowing, pruning, fertilizing, mulching,
weeding, aerating, seeding. Unexpected landscaping services may be required depending on
conditions and cost beyond the scope of this contract may be negotiated at the time of need. The
work is to be performed during the State's normal business hours M-F 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The
actual day of the week can be arranged with the Contract Administrator.
