Backhoe & Motor Grader - Statewide
This solicitation is for a statewide term contract for the purchase of Backhoes (Medium & Heavy Duty) & Motor Graders by State Agencies and political subdivisions in South Carolina. This is a one-year contract with two additional one year renewal options. The maximum potential contract life is 3 years. We anticipate awarding up to 3 contracts per line item to the lowest responsive and responsible [reasonable] offerors. No manufacturer will be awarded more than one contract on each line item. The number of contracts awarded may be less if fewer than 3 responsive and responsible offers are received for any line. The intention is to provide flexibility to contract users while promoting a healthy level of competition.
