The USPFO Data Management Center will be replacing its outdated generator during the calendar year 2017 with a new 60KW, 3-phase, 277/480v Diesel Generator.  
The old generator will be drained of fluids and transported to the Camp Blanding USPFO Warehouse for disposal The following actions will be required of vendor upon purchase and installation of the new generator. 
The vendor will be required to disconnect, remove, and transport the old generator to a final destination at 5629 State Road 16 West, Building 2400, Starke FL 32091. 
Supply and install a new 60 Kw generator with 100 amp main breaker and 137 gallon fuel tank. 
Wire the generator to the existing transfer switch using existing circuits to transfer to generator power.
Properly ground and anchor the new unit to the concrete slab.
The new generator will need to be fully fueled and have a weather proof and sound rated enclosure. 
Start up and testing of new generator. 
The Replacement 60KW backup Generator will have the following attributes:

Generator Set, Rated Standby, 480Volt, 3 Phase, Tier 3 Equipped as Follows:
• EMCP 4.2 Control Panel – Shutdowns include Low Oil Pressure, High Coolant Temperature, Over-speed, Over-crank
• UL2200 Listed Generator
• Local Annunciator NFPA99-110
• Integrated Voltage Regulator
• 100 Amp UL Rated Breaker Circuit Breaker
• Shunt Trip & Auxiliary Contact
• Self-Excitation Alternator
• Anti-Condensation Heater

• Low Coolant Alarm Temp 69/80 F

• Lead Acid Battery
• 10 Amp Dual Rate Battery Charger 110VAC
• Jacket Water Heater 2kW 240VAC
• Electronic Governor
• 5 Year Warranty
• 137 24-hour (at full load) sub-base fuel tank

The following actions must be completed:
• Disconnect and remove existing generator. 
• Drain and safely dispose of fluids. 

• Transport old generator to the Camp Blanding USPFO Warehouse for disposal.

• Delivery, off-load, and placement of new generator

• Rework slab if required

• Ground and anchor new generator

• Fully fuel new generator

• Start-up and testing of Generator

• Start-Up and Commissioning – 2Hr Load Bank Testing


Provide 5 Year Generator Maintenance to include
  Semi-annual service
1 Major Service
2 Hour Load Bank test
