B-2 JMPS UPC
The Airspace Mission Planning Division (HBM) is seeking feedback and comments from industry to identify existing software capability. HBM has a requirement for the maintenance (Mx) of B-2 Joint Mission Planning System UPC and all variations starting in FY20 as well as new development to correspond to aircraft updates. The potential contract structure would be one base year with four option years of maintenance work. One to three Mx releases are expected each year. Overlapping with the maintenance effort will be one or more multi-year development efforts. User training and training materials are required for each release.
