This solicitation will result in an OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION
(UNRESTRICTED) Firm Fixed Price contract for 1787 each. This is a Critical Application
Item. This item is subject to Configuration Control. First Destination Transportation (FDT)
applies. The following terms apply: FOB ORIGIN; Inspection / Acceptance ORIGIN. Delivery

Production delivery will be 250 days after receipt of order (DARO). Past Performance
Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally
weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past
performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a
written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be 23 February
2018 with a closing date of 23 March 2018. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the
