Solicitation N00421-14-T-0346 is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on full and open competitive, under the authority of FAR Part 12 & Part 13; the requirement is also set-aside for Total Small Business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This maybe accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov

Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposals. This is a request for competitive proposals, all proposals received by 18 Jun 2014 5:00pm EST, that meet specified requirements will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Used or refurbished items will not be accepted. Please quote all items or none. The Government will not pay for any information received.
