BUNKER RENOVATIONS
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, furnishing all materials, labor and
equipment for the shaping of all bunkers sub-grades and surrounding inward draining
grassed surfaces, the trenching and installation of subsurface drain lines, the finish
grading of the bunker faces and surrounds, and the installation of 4 of compacted sand
within the confines of the bunker. Meyer Zoysia grass is to be installed and stapled in
place on all inward facing slopes. Estimated size of bunkers is 75,890 sq.ft. and bunker
faces 76,079 sq.ft. Work to be completed before grassing of the greens which is
scheduled for July 6, 2010.
All bidders shall be a reputable golf course construction company with a minimum of 10
years golf course construction experience and be able to provide a current list of
references.
