BUILDING PLAN CHECK AND INSPECTION SERVICES

The City is requesting proposals for consultant to manage building plan check and
inspection services. The City is approximately 17 square miles in size and is a planned community
with a current population of approximately 100,000 persons. The City is primarily built-out with a
few remaining undeveloped parcels. The building activity may fluctuate based on market conditions.
The building plan check and inspection function is a division within the City's Community
Development Department; the building plan check and inspection consultant will report to the City's
Community Development Director.
