This combined synopsis/solicitation is for a commercial service. The Alabama Army National Guard intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for Television Broadcast Services.
This requirement is 100% set aside for Small Business with an associated North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code as 515210 - Cable and Other Subscription Programming with a size standard of $38,500,000.00.

Pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines, responses to this solicitation require registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Registration proceedures can be found at www.sam.gov. * Note: Registration must be completed in order to be considered for award.
