BRIDGEHEAD FRAMEWORK PLAN
Through this Request for Proposals (this RFP), the COMMISSION, the urban renewal agency for the City is seeking competitive proposals from qualified and experienced firms or teams (Proposers) to select for contract award a consultant team which will create and develop a framework plan for the Bridgehead site in the Renewal Area (Framework Plan or this project). The Framework Plan will include such tasks as urban design; market, transportation, and construction cost analysis; sustainability planning; and public participation. PDC intends to award one (1) exclusive contract to the successful Proposer in connection with this RFP.
