The Department of Human Resources, Division of Public Health/Epidemiology Branch is requesting proposals for Georgia Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System Cellular Telephone Survey. The objective of this procurement is to obtain the services of a qualified firm to conduct interviews for the Georgia Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) and collect data on individual risk behaviors and preventive health practices of the adult population in Georgia.
