BREAD PRODUCTS (4th Quarter, FY 2014)
TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:
The Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Elkton will issue a solicitation to obtain Bread Products. This solicitation will be unrestricted for the 4th Quarter of Fiscal Year 2014. The FBO is destination. The delivery starting date is Thursday, July 3, 2014. All Deliveries will be made to the FCI Elkton Food Service Warehouse at 8730 Scroggs Road, Elkton, OH 44415.
Failure to comply with the stated item specifications could result in your quoted item not being considered for award. NO SPECIFICATION SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
**ALL VENDORS - PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE REGISTERED IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) AT WWW.SAM.GOV.
**NOTE** THERE WILL BE A DELIVERY SCHEDULE FOR 4TH QUARTER FY 2014 BREAD DELIVERIES. (July 1 - September 30, 2014) - DELIVERIES ARE REQUIRED TO BE MADE BY 11:00AM ON DELIVERY DAYS.
The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to award this requirement item by item, by groups of items, or in the aggregate, whichever is most advantageous to the Government.
The solicitation will be made available on or about FRIDAY, MAY 16, 2014, and will be posted to the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation.
