(9) Proposed Solicitation Period. Solicitation period is from 31 July 2017 - 25 August 2017. All solicitation documents are posted to FBO under the solicitation number at item 8 as of 31 July 2017. The due date is shown in the solicitation.
(10a) Pre-proposal Conference. A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled as follows:

**This is a combined pre-proposal conference and site visit to the field. The pre-bid conference and site visit are not mandatory.
(12) Place of Contract Performance. Boulder Ranger District, 2140 Yarmouth Avenue, Boulder,CO 80301. Boulder County.
(14) Contract Award Period of Performance. The anticipated period of performance includes a base year plus four option years (365 days). Base year is anticipated for 1 October 2017 through 30 September 2018. Contract performance for the option years will run from 1 October to 30 September, subject to availability to of funds.
(15) Contract Award Date. On or about 8 September 2017.
