It is the intent of the District to contract with one or more firms to provide branding, graphic design and online marketing consulting services.

The District requires branding, online marketing consulting and graphic design with some printing support for a variety
of advertising and printed materials, primarily focused on student recruitment. Projects include those for Central Campus (Texas) recruiting, student services and
community relations, worldwide (including Distance Learning) recruitment and
student services, and marketing and promotional materials for the Mayborn
Planetarium and Space Theater
