BRAND IMAGE DEVELOPMENT
The City of Winters through its Community Development Agency (CDA) is working on
the development of an economic development strategic plan based upon a three-part
strategy: 1) Where are we now; 2) Where do we want to be; and 3) How do we get
there. The CDA is requesting the submission of proposals by qualified consultants
interested in helping the CDA determine, the first two elements: where are we now
and where do we want to be. City/CDA staff has performed preliminary research already regarding where we are now, the successful consultant will be expected to
utilize this information to further develop an understanding of Winters existing situation.
The successful consultant will also be expected to help the City to create and develop a
brand image that can be used by the City, the CDA and the Winters business
community for promotion and marketing purposes.
