BRAIN INJURY SERVICES FOR THE AGING AND LONG-TERM SERVICES DEPARTMENT
This is a hybrid RFP. As such, the scope of work will vary depending on the brain injury service(s) and/or project(s) for which an Offeror chooses to submit a proposal(s). Proposal(s) must demonstrate that Offerors are capable of providing effective services to individuals with brain injury and can meet all other requirements indicated in the RFP for service provision and/or are able to develop and implement TBI project(s) as described in the RFP. Proposals shall include all costs anticipated by Offeror; no "hidden" costs shall be allowed.
