Overview
This Sources Sought is issued as part of Market Research to identify vendors to potentially establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Level 1 Cooks and Level 2 Cooks to RAF Lakenheath and RAF Mildenhall.

Pricing/Payment Information


The anticipated BPA will require vendors to submit prices for the items requested. The agreement will be finalized when a "call" is placed against the BPA. Any BPA calls will be in accordance with the terms and conditions established in the BPA, and based on the price list provided by the vendor. Price lists will be subject to adjustment, revision, and/or negotiation prior to placing a call. The US Government does not allow payment to be furnished to the vendor until the item has been delivered and accepted. Additionally, payment under US Government contracts must be made by means of Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT.) Vendors who wish to be considered for a BPA shall be registered with SAM (System Acquisition Management) and WAWF (Wide Area Work Flow). Note that there is not an associated cost to register accounts under the aforementioned databases.

Delivery Information


The destination delivery location is RAF Lakenheath and RAF Mildenhall and all calls shall be coordinated for action within 48 hours of call being placed.

The following is requested from interested companies;


1. Please indicate if your company is willing and able to provide the specified items and services outlined in the attached price list.


2. Based upon the above description and delivery information, are there any aspects that are unclear and/or do not allow a clear understanding of the US Government's requirements?


3. Based upon the above description and delivery information, are there commercial industry practices that appear to differ greatly than what is being requested by the US Government under the anticipated, forthcoming solicitation/tender?
