Project Description:
The project is located at the Zaleski State Forest District Office, P.O. Box 330, S.R. 278 Zaleski, Ohio 45698-0330, approximately 15 miles northeast of the Village of McArthur The project consists of demolition of an existing boiler and removal of an underground fuel oil tank; installation of a new 300 gallon above-ground fuel oil tank; fuel oil piping; above and underground heating hot water piping; new biomass, dual fuel boiler; heat exchanger; circulation pump; electrical disconnects, breakers conduits, wires, concrete pads; 96-linear of vinyl coat chain link fence, demolition of the existing roof down to the deck and installation of a new 5,600 square foot single-ply membrane roofing system.
Total Estimated Construction Cost: $175,046.00
