BOAT RAMP & SEA WALL REPAIR
THIS PROJECT IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS
The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, transportation and materials required to fabricate and install 106 reinforced concrete slabs at the existing boat ramps and to grout the adjacent seawall. Contractor must be IAW SOW. This project is SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS. Request that all quotes have a minimal of a 90-day expiration date. All responsible sources that submit a written quotation will be considered.

Performance Period is within 60 days of notice to proceed. Work to be completed by: May 15, 2014
SUBMITTALS DUE UPON AWARD may include but are not limited to: Provide submittals a minimum of twenty-one (21) days before start of work, submit three (3) copies (electronic submittal is acceptable and preferred) of the required information to the Contracting Officer for approval, and safety plan Per Submittals Requirements Section of SOW. Lack of adequacy of references shall be at the sole discretion of the Government and may constitute grounds for disqualification.
CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH requirements of: applicable Coast Guard Safety Regulations, federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to water, air, and noise pollution.
A SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD February 18, 2014, APPROXIMATELY TWO WEEKS BEFORE QUOTE IS DUE. (Site visits are not mandatory, but are highly encouraged.)
