Consolidated questions and answers have been posted.
Additionally, section L has been changed to reflect answers to questions. See table 2-2 and paragraph 2.2.6 when amendment 2 is posted.
A revised PWS will be posted as well that reflect changes made as a result of answers to questions when amendment 2 is posted.
The proposal due date has been changed to 12 Aug 2019 at 2:00pm MST and will be formalized with the release of amendment 2.
Questions 75 and 76 will be answered and posted in the near future.
