BLRI-BLUFFS BOILER REPLACEMENT
The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing a combined Synopsis/Solicitation to replace the existing heating fuel (dyed diesel) fired boiler and heating fuel tank with a Propane fired boiler and propane tank. The construction site is located at Blue Ridge Parkway Bluffs Maintenance Area located at 49800 Blue Ridge Parkway, Laurel Springs, NC (Alleghany County).
TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price
This proposed acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside procurement.
The NAICS code is 238220 and the size standard is $15 million.
In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000.
Period of Performance 8/15/2019 to 11/15/2019
SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Interested Offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM prior to submitting their quote.
