The White River Field Office requires the fencing supplies listed in Attachment 1.
Basic Contracting Requirements:
1. Active Registration: www.sam.gov
2. Invoicing and Payment: www.ipp.gov - 30 day prompt pay after delivery. We can accept and pay for partial deliveries.
3. FAR Part 12 - Commercial Items Provisions and Clauses
4. FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures
5. Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS 321114 - Wood Preservation - Size Standard: 500 employees
6. Award Basis: Low Price Technically Acceptable taking into account distance to pick-up if you don't deliver.
Instructions to Offerors:
- Check your SAM registration now. There will not be time to fix an expired registration between the closing and award date.
- Please email or call with any questions you have prior to the closing date with enough time to research an answer.
- Email your quote to: rhall@blm.gov no later than the closing date. Include your DUNS number on your quote.
- You may put your prices on the form itself, Attachment 1 - Word Format, or Attachment 2 - Excel Format and return
- Include enough description/information in order to determine technical acceptability.
