BLM FY18 Fall Consolidated Seed Buy #2.

Amendment 4, provides a secondary web link to the Provisional Seed Transfer Zones Map due to the website provided within the Solicitation package being unaccessible. The new web address is: https://usfs.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=cf1136a05dd84ec2bb4f51068b0336aa . The Solicitation will be extended to 1700 MT on 7/31.

Amendment 3, addresses questions received about the Sagebrush and Kochia seed testing. The specification has been updated and attached. The following statement was added along with verbiage added to Section IV Inspection and Acceptance, H and I.

Responsible party for payment to the seed testing lab is as follows:

Option A, per Section IV- Inspection and Acceptance, H, 7: The Contractor is responsible for all seed sampling and testing costs.

Option B for Sagebrush and Kochia seed, first test is the govt's lab choice and the govt is responsible for payment to the seed lab. If a second test is required, the govt will utilize the vendorB?s choice of labs and the vendor is responsible for payment. If a third test is requested, whomever requested the third test is the responsible party for payment.

Amendment 2, Clarifies questions that were asked about the Brome free requirement and seed that will be available later than the delivery schedule allows.

Concerning the Brome Free the spec should read, NO Unacceptable BROME SEED TYPES present (Unacceptable species of brome are Bromus tectorum, Bromus rubens, and Bromus Japonicas. All other species of brome are acceptable.)

A question was asked about having new crop seed available later than the delivery schedule. If you have seed items with a later delivery date than the Sept 4th schedule, those bid items should be listed in the unlimited portion of the bid sheet and the delivery dates need to be identified in the notes section of the bid schedule. Bid items with a late delivery date will not be considered until a later round where the deliver date coincides with the delivery schedule. The Government will not award bid lines with individual delivery dates, all awarded lines will have the same delivery schedule.

Amendment 1, adds revised Bid Schedule with the info updated for the Sagebrush and Kochia lines items. They now reference "2018 New Harvest Collection". The solicitation closes at 1400 MT on 07/31/2018.

The BLM National Interagency Fire Center has a requirement for the Fall Consolidated Seed Buy for various quantities and varieties of seed to be delivered to multiple locations per the attached spreadsheet (Attachment 1).
