BLIGHT STUDY CONSULTING SERVICES
The City of Huntington Beach (the "City") is seeking a qualified firm to prepare a Blight Study and evaluate the potential of adding additional properties to the existing Redevelopment Merged Project Area. Pursuant to the California Health and Safety Code Sections 33000 et seq. this Blight Study will assist the Agency in determining if additional properties meet the blight definition and should be included in the Merged Project Area.
