BLDG N73 DOOR REPLACEMENT
THIS PROJECT IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABITY OF FUNDS
The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, transportation and materials required for replacement of 5 exterior man doors and for painting 5 exterior man doors as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). Contractor must be in accordance with SOW. This project is SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS. Request that all quotes have a minimal of a 90-day expiration date. All responsible sources that submit a written quotation will be considered.
GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIALS: NONE
Performance Period: provide services within 45 days of Notice to Proceed. This project is SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS.
SUBMITTALS DUE UPON AWARD may include but are not limited to: Prior to ordering or procuring materials, provide submittals a minimum of twenty-one (21) days before start of work, submit three (3) copies of required information to the Contracting Officer for approval Per Submittals Requirements Section of SOW. Include manufacturer's catalog data, certificates, and other evidence indicating compliance with the SOW. Lack of adequacy of references shall be at the sole discretion of the Government and may constitute grounds for disqualification.
CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH requirements of: applicable Coast Guard Safety Regulations, federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to water, air, and noise pollution.
A SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD April 8, 2014, APPROXIMATELY TWO WEEKS BEFORE QUOTE IS DUE. (Site visits are not mandatory, but are highly encouraged.)
Location: U.S. Coast Guard, Base Kodiak, Alaska.
ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE IS LESS THAN $50,000.
