BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR VARIOUS SURGERY SUPPLIES FOR TRIPLER ARMY MEDICAL CENTER, HAWAII
This is a Sources Sought Notice (Request for Information). The Government intends to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for various surgery supplies for the Department of Surgery at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. The list includes, but is not limited to the items listed in the attached list.
Calls will be placed against the BPA as supplies are required. Period of performance will be for five years. NAICS code is 339112.
Interested parties shall reply to Pacific Regional Contracting Office VIA EMAIL to [email protected]. TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORED. Please indicate your interest and/or ability to provide all items listed above and provide a current copy of your price list for all the items NO LATER THAN 25 JUNE 2014, 8:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time or 2:00 PM Eastern Time. VENDOR MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE 100% of the item(s) listed to be considered for this BPA.
