BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR VARIOUS CATARACT INSTRUMENTS AND SUPPLIES FOR TRIPLER ARMY MEDICAL CENTER, HAWAII
This is a Sources Sought Notice (Request for Information). The Government intends to establish a Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for various cataract instruments and supplies for the Department of Surgery at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. The attached list includes, however is not limited to the product list.
Manufacturer: Bausch and Lomb
Calls will be placed against the BPA as supplies are required. Period of performance will be effective on or about 14 July 2014 through 13 July 2019. The NAICS code is 339115.
