This is a Sources Sought Notice (Request for Information). The Government intends to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for Orthopedic implants for the Department of Surgery at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii, as listed on the attached item listing. Manufacturer: Affirmative Solutions. Calls will be placed against the BPA as supplies are required. Period of performance will be for five years. NAICS code is 339113. See attached item listing.

VENDOR MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE 100% of the item(s) listed to be considered for this BPA.
